AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER

The hallmarks of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are social deficits, communication deficits, and restrictive and/or repetitive patterns of behavior.  The major of treatments available (paid for by insurance) for ASD are Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.  However, there seems to be a number of children who do not qualify for these treatments but nevertheless continue to struggle with challenging behaviors, anxiety, and social interactions.

My goal is to help families find ways to help their child function better through the use of Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Social Skills Training.
