You know what the word means (stress) and you know how it feels to have too much to manage. My job is to help you gain a deep understanding of the relationships between environmental factors, internal thoughts, emotions, physiological responses, and what you do about it. Then, learn how to effectively control what you can control and let go of what you can't for a more peaceful and relaxing life.
The emotion of anger is usually not what gets people into trouble or causes problems, it is what people do when they are angry that causes problems. We behave in specific ways when angry for a variety of reasons but not all of them are effective at helping us recover and some end up causing problems in either the short-term or the long-term. Learning how to increase control of your behavior when you’re angry is not easy and will require effort, persistence, and commitment. BUT IT IS POSSIBLE.
